ExSSA CHICAGO Turns hunger into hope-2025
On April 14, 2025, The windy city damsels came together for a community outreach event at 'Feed my starving children' in Schaumburg, IL.
The team of five joined other volunteers to pack food for vulnerable kids around the world. Their collective effort resulted to a total of 329 boxes, which were packed within 2 hours! This will ensure 194 children have access to one meal per day, for one year!
The closing prayer led by Aunty Rose Gobina Hilamra (Class of 1982) was heartfelt and greatly appreciated.
