ExSSA HOUSTON Strengthens the child's voice, Heal the hurt, and Break the cycle of abuse-2025
Exssa Houston Trendsetters had 2 days of activities for their Impact Day. We visited Optimum Personal Care which is an assisted living center, owned by one of our Trendsetter sister, Sharon Lambi on 04/05/2025. At Optimum Personal care, we sang and prayed for the residents.
The second activity we engaged in was with the Run For The Rose 5k which took place on 04/12/2025. The purpose for this 5k race, was to raise funds for the Child Advocates of Fort Bend charity, a non profit agency serving child victims of sexual abuse, physical abuse and neglect. Together with other well wishers, we raised 10,000 usd during this entire event, which was donated to the charity organization.
